A team wanted to focus on a few key topics. They chose a Dahabiya as their venue.
For five days, we sailed between ancient temples and quiet riverbanks. Strategy sessions in the morning, deep conversations at sunset, and shared meals bringing everyone together in the evening. The history of the land added a perspective beyond any whiteboard.

A major telecom company needed to align their large, dispersed teams. We handled the entire journey—from flights to accommodation—creating a seamless experience.

A group of healthcare professionals needed to attend Arab Health in the Gulf. They wanted to focus on the conference — and leave everything else to us.
We organized the entire journey from A to Z: flights, transfers, accommodation, and conference logistics. Around the summit, we curated a rich Rahmenprogramm: exclusive networking dinners, private city tours, and cultural excursions that turned a business trip into a full experience.

OmanDesert Depths in Oman
A high-level group sought an experience that went far beyond the usual conference circuit. They wanted to disconnect from the routine and dive deep into the soul of the region.
We orchestrated a journey of contrasts: Private helicopter transfers whisked them over the vast Wadis to remote campsites under the stars. Days were spent immersing in local Bedouin culture, sharing stories over traditional coffee, and exploring hidden oases. Nights were for stargazing and reflection in the silence of the desert.
